ABOUT OUR BUSINESS

Karia Accountants was established in 2013. Its founder and Managing Director, Hinal Karia, is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Hinal has worked in the accountancy and tax profession for more than 19 years since graduating with his degree in Accountancy. He began his career in the Big Four in 2006 and later joined PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), where he spent three years as a Senior Tax Consultant in the tax department before founding Karia Accountants in 2013.

Throughout his career, Hinal has assisted many clients with HMRC tax enquiries, Capital Gains Tax (CGT) investigations, and disclosures of income from property lettings.

 

He particularly specialises in supporting landlords, advising on portfolio tax efficiency, property ownership structures, and the establishment of SPV property holding companies, an area he both excels in and enjoys.

Karia Accountants also supports small owner-managed businesses with all aspects of their accounting and tax affairs, whether they operate as sole traders or limited companies.
